GENERAL
By commissioning me, you'll be agreeing to the following:- I retain all copyrights to my work, including, but not limited to, the right to distribute, reproduce, or use the images as samples for self-promotion.
- Commissions will be added to my portfolio/social media, except NDA commissions (added fee).
- If you desire a specific custom size for your commission, please do mention it in your request or contact me via DM.
- After receiving the request, I will provide a quote and an estimated schedule.
- I have the right to refuse any request without providing a reason.PAYMENTS + REFUNDS
- Full payment is required upfront.
- Only partial refund after the approved sketch if an unforeseen event occurs.
- If the client violates any of my terms, I have the right to cancel the order with no refund.
- If the client decides to initiate a forced refund (e.g., chargebacks), the client loses all rights to the artwork and will be blacklisted from future commissions.REVISIONS
- Updates will be sent to the client via VGen DM, X (formerly Twitter), or Discord.
- I will provide a rough sketch and color draft.
- Only 3 revisions maximum during the sketch process.
- After the sketch is approved, only minor changes are accepted.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Harsh deadline will be after 2 months.
- The client will be notified of any delays and if I may require an extension.
- Rush orders (within 3 weeks of order) will have an extra fee of +75%.USAGE
- General usage for personal purposes.
- Forbidden usage of the commission for commercial purposes without my approval (+50% charge for commercial use)
- NFT AND AI TRAINING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If I am informed that my work has been used for NFT or AI, I reserve the right to charge +150% of the total price and refuse future commissions.
- The client can display/post my work on external sites with credit.DO
Will draw:
- OC (original characters)
- Fanart
- Ships (includes yumeships)
- Slight nsfw/gore
- Kemonomimi
- Backgrounds (depends on complexity, may have additional fees)DON'T
Won't draw:
- Mecha/robot/armor
- Heavy nsfw/gore
- Furry
- Hateful or offensive art
